This beautiful house was built in 1986, and it has had only one owner, who has kept the house in precious order and with updated, high class maintenance. The property was completely renovated during 2020-2023. During this time, all exterior doors were been replaced and all windows with quality double-glazing.
The garage is accessible from the main entrance hall. It has space for two cars and has an electric door. The garage floor was tiled in June 2025.
The Property has town water with a water deposit. The swimming pool is automatically filled and is heated by solar panels. Heating is supplied through pipes laid under the swimming pool floor.
